Request a QuoteWalcha is a small tablelands town at the top of the Oxley Highway, roughly two and a half hours from Port Macquarie by road even though it is only about 100 kilometres away in a straight line. The council area is almost entirely grazing country: large sheep and cattle properties around Walcha, Woolbrook and Wollun, and remote holdings out towards Nowendoc, Niangala and Yarrowitch where the nearest neighbour may be twenty kilometres away and mobile coverage is patchy at best.
We serve documents in Walcha by arrangement rather than on a next-day basis, and we plan each trip so that it counts: confirming the address and access with you beforehand, timing the attempt for when the person is likely to be at the homestead rather than out on the property, and combining it with other jobs on the tablelands where possible. Walcha Local Court sits monthly; most contested matters are heard at Armidale or Tamworth, and family law matters in Newcastle or Sydney.
Court documents, subpoenas, family law papers and notices served on Walcha township and rural properties throughout the Walcha council area, with the attempt log a court expects for remote addresses.
Up to three attempts included. Travel quoted up front.
Service in Walcha is by arrangement, usually within two to four business days of instruction. Call us with the address and we will give you a firm date.

Most local matters are listed at Walcha Local Court, which sits monthly, with most contested matters at Armidale or Tamworth. Higher-value civil claims go to the District or Supreme Court, and family law matters to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. We serve documents from all of them and prepare the Affidavit of Service in the form each court requires.
All of it. Walcha is our headline town for this area, but the same agents serve Walcha Road, Woolbrook, Nowendoc, Niangala, Yarrowitch, Brackendale and every other locality in the council area, including rural properties. Travel is quoted up front.
This area is served by arrangement, usually within two to four business days, because of the travel involved. Call us with the address and we will give you a firm date. Call (02) 5513 6631 if you have a hearing date within the next few days.
The agent records the time, what was observed and any information from neighbours or the premises, then varies the time of the next attempt. Up to three attempts at one address are included, and you receive an update after each one through the WeServe Job Tracker.
Email is fine. We print up to 100 pages at no charge and the agent serves a printed copy. If a court requires sealed originals, send those and we will serve them instead.
